Cetocuho Smoothies

Cetocuho smoothies? You must wondering what i am crapping about. Cetocuho stand for celery, tomatoes, cucumber and honey. Basically, today's smoothies is green with red color combination.

Celery, applemint and cucumber are known for diet and categorized as one of the healthiest food in the world. Tomatoes and honey are know for their antioxidant benefits. My reason to add honey is to replace with the sugar as i prefer my drink light sweet as well :)

Ingredients
========

  • 10 grape tomatoes (sliced into 2)
  • 1 stalk of celery chopped ( celeries are known to lowered down sugar level and i'm having low blood symptom, therefore, I'm using only 1 stalk)
  • 1 taiwan cucumber (sliced into small pieced
  • Honey to taste
  • 3 Applemint leaves for taste





Place the ingredients into the blender and blend it till it become like smoothies. In the mid, you may stop to check if anything in the blender stuck at the side. Pour in to your favorite glass and serve it with love :)
