Yellow Flesh with Mint Smoothies



It was a very hot day which made my throat thirsty nonstop and I went straight to the refrigerator and found a yellow watermelon in which i bought it from the store few days back and sighed relieved.

 


Yellow watermelon or yellow flesh/yellow crimson known for their honey taste than the normal red watermelon. It is common nowadays to see yellow watermelon in Malaysia and it is good for your heart, to beat the heat and to fight weight loss too!

Today, am going to share a simple, yellow crimson smoothies recipe with you :

Ingredients:

  • 10 small dice of yellow watermelon
  • 250 g of milk
  • 3 leaves of mint

Put the ingredients into the blender and blend it till it become smooth. Pour it in a tall glass and decorate it with few mint leaves :)

The recipe above for 1 person. You may add more for your liking as well.
